Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold ALDI's high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous retail experience preferred
