Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From cashiering to cleaning, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and uphold company standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback, participate in inventory management, and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in cashier operations and operating store equipment.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
• Experience in retail is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
