Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at ALDI! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take part in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Safely handle equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and in a team setting
