Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
