Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandising duties with excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
