Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security
• Perform additional assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe equipment handling and maintenance
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Compliance with state and local requirements for alcohol sales
