Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain general store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
