Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
