Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store as the first-line operational supervisor. In this role, you will lead and train team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences, quality food, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Team Leader training classes completion, effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work with diverse groups, and integrity.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk, lift moderate weight, operate a cash register, and listen to orders.
