Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7103 in Jack in the Box, you will be the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need ServSafe certification. Strong interpersonal and math skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate equipment.
