Job Title: Team Leader - Store 7139
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Store 7139. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a key role in training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Jack in the Box. Your responsibilities will include ensuring great tasting/quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures, systems, and standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have at least 6 consecutive months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions. Alternatively, 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need to be ServSafe certified in certain states. Proficiency in English communication is essential, with additional language skills depending on restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and technical skills are necessary. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for approximately 90%-95% of the shift, as well as lifting and carrying 15-25 lbs. Other physical demands include listening to guests' orders, operating a cash register, and using video monitors.
