Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, focusing on food quality, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB experience + 100% certified or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
• Skills: Effective communication, basic math, good organization, integrity, and computer literacy.
• Physical Requirements: Standing and walking 90%-95% of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating a cash register.
