Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all company procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotion. Alternatively, 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting is required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes. Communication skills in English are essential, with additional language capabilities beneficial. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are a must. Basic computer knowledge and ethical conduct are expected.
- Physical Requirements: The role entails standing, walking, and lifting during the shift. Operating equipment, handling orders, and processing transactions are part of the responsibilities.
