Position Highlights
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing care coverage.
- Participate in developing strategies to achieve patient goals and prevent rehospitalizations.
- Mentor and educate nurses, work with medical professionals, and be a quality services resource.
- Oversee medication management in line with Genesis policy.
- Provide direct patient care and maintain nursing skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current State Board of Examiners of Nurses licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification, nursing experience, and leadership skills.
